I put this question to Thomas a couple months ago. He gave my links to some very informative and interesting articles, but I like to hear some other professional (or otherwise informed) opinions on the subject.

If ATS is a new dance form (New as of early 1970's), there may be some copyright issues to consider. See the following article:
