A "good" non-disclosure agreement should be carefully tailored to the situation. This is definitely not a “one size fits all” scenario. Thoughtful consideration should be given to the country, the product, the service, the time line, etc, etc. For example, enforceability of a NDA may dramatically vary between countries depending on term in the NDA.

Once you get a handle on what you to do, along with the who/where/when of the interaction, I would talk to your attorney in order to get an NDA which is good for you.
